Her imaginative writing and productions weave together her skills as a journalist, her delight of learning and her belief in the power and beauty of communication through sound. 

She prepared for her career by modeling girdles for a local discount chain, wielding live lobsters as a steak house waitress, writing news copy at five A.M., and cutting the lip smacks and mouth sounds out of interviews for NPR’s “Fresh Air with Terry Gross.”

Needless to say she was an English Major.

And yes, that is her brain, and you are watching her think.
