At this very moment, thousands of people are listening to an audio tour I wrote. They're sailing under the Golden Gate Bridge. They're touching the cold bars of an Alcatraz cell door. They're stepping through a passageway in a Vanderbilt Mansion. They're pausing for just a bit longer in front of that museum masterpiece to hear something they never expected.
